ABOUT TODD WINEGAR Todd Winegar is a dynamic speaker and a practicing attorney who teaches some of North America’s most highly rated CLE programs. With almost three decades of trial experience, he has been involved in some of the largest cases in his home state of Utah. Todd’s practice emphasizes civil trial litigation, including a Minuteman missile accident case, professional malpractice (plaintiff and defence), and product liability actions involving para- and quadriplegia. Todd draws examples from these experiences to present thought-provoking, yet practical seminars. A gifted lecturer, he is famous for integrating extraordinary audio and visual aids to create riveting “Discovery Channel” style presentations. Todd also presents leadership seminars developed for and first presented at Wharton Business School. Todd delivers several programs in Canada in conjunction with Seminar Partners including Trials of the Century, The Power to Persuade, and shorter-breakfast and luncheon programs on cross-examination and history’s lessons in leadership.
