ABOUT MARTY LATZ Martin E. Latz, the founder of Latz Negotiation Institute, is an internationally acclaimed expert on negotiation strategy and tactics. An adjunct professor for negotiation since 1995 at Arizona State University’s College of Law, Latz has taught over 50,000 business professionals and lawyers in more than 40 states and 6 provinces how to negotiate more effectively. Among his credentials, Marty negotiated for The White House nationally and internationally on The White House Advance Teams, 1993–1995, is the author of, Gain the Edge! Negotiating to Get What You Want (St. Martin's Press 2004), appears as a negotiation expert on CBS' The Early Show and such national business shows as Your Money and First Business, is a negotiation consultant and trainer for major North American corporations and law firms, is a negotiation columnist for The Arizona Republic, studied under Roger Fisher, co-author of Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In, and is a Harvard Law School graduate, cum laude. Marty delivers a number of sell-out programs in Canada in conjunction with Seminar Partners, including Gain the Edge: Negotiation Strategies for Lawyers, Advanced Negotiation Strategies for Lawyers, and shorter one to two hour presentations.
