A graduate of the International Academy of Design, Lina's experience includes designing advertisements, catalogs, logos, large scale billboards, web pages, email blasts and more. In addition to that, she has done more complex projects such as programming and relational database development for the web. Lina comes from a background in designing and managing high profile online auctions, social media marketing strategies and creation of unique experiences and packages. Lina's work has excelled and impressed the likes of top agencies, non-profits and major corporations and has helped develop award winning not-for-profit and for-profit campaigns.
Bill leads Seminar Partners' sales squad for CPD File. He also actively participates in CPD File's branding, marketing, and provider and user experience and engagement efforts. Before joining SP, Bill worked in the energy and media industries in Canada and abroad, leading business development efforts with major strategic partners. He has a successful track record of turning small ideas into big deals. Bill has a Bachelor's of Business degree and a Masters degree in International Business from the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).
Maria Giusti is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper with over 20 years experience. She provides solid, pertinent financial guidance and hands-on support, ensuring accurate organizational accounting records. She is part of a larger financial team that enables Seminar Partners and its clients to reach and exceed their financial goals.
Seminar Partners' CLE/CPD team is led by Jessica Grant. A lawyer and experienced adult educator, Jessica is founder and principal of Jessica Grant Consulting. Jessica has designed and delivered over 470 substantive law, skills development, leadership, and practice and relationship management initiatives. She is a nationally recognized specialist in developing, revitalizing and maximizing financial performance (ROI and profitability) of open enrolment and internal legal education training programs. Her unique experience eliminates the need to "reinvent the wheel" in researching and testing training solutions, so clients can build and execute programs more efficiently and cost effectively. Seminar Partners' and Jessica Grant Consulting staff work closely together, sharing resources to leverage individual core competencies. Seminar Partners will be relocating its offices in summer 2011 to be closer to Jessica Grant Consulting.
Program Developer -Bahar Karbakhsh Bahar graduated with an LLB from the University of Ottawa in 2010. She articled with lawyers in the field of immigration and refugee law, and summered at a legal clinic as a fellowship student. Bahar comes to Seminar Partners with a background in program development, event coordination and volunteerism. Bahar's primary responsibilities include identifying new trends and developments in CPD, and driving new program content development and marketing.
A graduate of Acadia University's Manning School of Business, Laura's entrepreneurial skills include nearly six years of program planning, customer service, and promotions experience. Laura manages over 30 projects a year while developing new programming, maintaining existing client relationships, and sourcing new opportunities for the continued growth of Seminar Partners.
